Passionate about Hospitality, Joy started his young career as F& B Service when he was Nineteen years old and never looked back since.
He then pursued a Hotel Management From Pusa Institute in New Delhi. Specializing in Hotel Development and Hospitality Services.
Joy brings more than 30 years of Hospitality experience through his tenure with Hilton International and Jebel Ali Golf Resorts, Dubai with Major in HR, Sales & Marketing, F& B and Hospitality Division.
Throughout this period, he gained invaluable experience in the U.A.E. and India. Where he acquired crucial skills by working closely with the General Manager, undertaking project for the forthcoming Business Development. He started his first venture in 2003 Human Resources Consultancy in Dubai. Again the second Business started in 2009 Staff Transportation business for Five Star Hotels in Dubai. In 2013 he started Hospitality Services in Dubai for Five Star Hotels Housekeeping staff & F& B Service Staff. After successful all 3 business in Dubai, he started thinking to provide the same services in India and in 2017 started a Facilities Management Services in India.
As part of the Hospitality Management team, he leads from the front and provides key support for Staff Transportation Company with 65 drivers & Operation Team with in the Group.
